Al Khawaneej Villa Renovation - Mr. Abdelrahman

Situated in the exclusive Al Khawaneej community in Dubai, this grand villa belonging to Mr. Abdelrahman underwent an extensive interior update with Capital Baths, culminating in a striking bathroom renovation → encompassing the master suite, guest majlis spaces, and four dedicated kids' bathrooms.

Each space required a distinct design language: from the supreme elegance of the master suite, to the welcoming luxury of the men's and ladies' majlis bathrooms, down to the playful yet highly durable designs specifically crafted for the children's bathrooms. The goal was to unify the entire home with premium materials while satisfying the unique functional needs of every room.

Undertaking a multi-bathroom renovation within a single villa demands a meticulous balance of consistency and individuality. Our design philosophy was to maintain a continuous thread of premium quality—using high-end porcelain, custom vanities, and specialized lighting—while adapting the aesthetic for the users of each specific room.

The Master and Majlis spaces draw upon rich, sophisticated palettes with dramatic lighting and prominent stone features to impress both family and guests. Conversely, the Kids' Bathrooms focus on bright, vibrant designs combined with practical, easy-to-maintain surfaces that can withstand daily activities without losing their refined finish.

The Master Bathroom represents the pinnacle of luxury within the villa. We focused on creating a spacious, spa-like environment featuring seamless tile transitions, a floating double vanity, and sophisticated ambient lighting that highlights the beautiful stone veining and custom fixtures.

The Men's Majlis bathroom is designed to offer an immediate sense of grandeur to visiting guests. It utilizes bold textures and striking contrasts to create a strong, sophisticated statement.

In contrast, the Ladies' Majlis embraces a softer, more elegant palette. We focused on delicate natural stone patterns and illuminated mirrors that provide a flattering, welcoming glow.

Renovating four individual kids' bathrooms provided an opportunity to implement fun, modern, and highly durable designs. Each of the four bathrooms has its own distinct color identity—using creative tiling, custom vanity colors, and playful lighting—while maintaining the same high-standard layout and waterproofing integrity found throughout the rest of the villa.

Handling multiple distinct spaces required a versatile but premium materials list. Across the project, luxury porcelain tiles → were utilized to ensure seamless walls and floors that are incredibly easy to clean.

Custom vanity units → were crafted specifically for each bathroom's dimensions and user requirements. In the Majlis and Master bathrooms, the LED backlit mirrors → play a critical role in creating an ambient, welcoming atmosphere, turning these functional rooms into beautifully atmospheric spaces.
