"This full-scope villa renovation in Al Saadia → involved the complete redesign and premium finishing of eight living spaces. Capital Baths managed the entire journey from initial 3D concepts and material curation through to final handover.

The Design Approach
The design philosophy for the Al Saadia villa centred on creating a cohesive visual identity across all eight renovated spaces. We established a palette of warm neutrals, rich textures, and clean geometric lines that unify the home while allowing each room to breathe with its own personality.
For the bathrooms, we prioritised large-format natural stone surfaces that reduce visual clutter and amplify the sense of space. The vanity designs were custom-built to maximise storage without compromising the sleek, modern aesthetic that defines the project.
Lighting played a crucial role throughout the villa. We integrated LED backlit mirrors → and layered ambient lighting to highlight the stone surfaces and create an inviting, warm atmosphere in every room from the master suite to the children's bathrooms.
