Nestled in the serene Al Awire community of Dubai, this distinguished villa owned by Mr. Nuwewid underwent an extensive transformation with Capital Baths, resulting in a stunning full villa renovation → encompassing the master bathroom, kids' bathrooms, guest bathroom, an elegant powder room, and a fully redesigned kitchen.

The project demanded a unified yet versatile design language—each space needed to reflect its unique purpose while maintaining a cohesive thread of contemporary luxury throughout. From the warm stone tones of the master suite to the poolside views of the open kitchen, every element was carefully curated to balance refined aesthetics with everyday functionality.

Renovating an entire villa requires a careful orchestration of materials, lighting, and spatial design. Our approach for Mr. Nuwewid's residence was rooted in warm minimalism—combining natural stone textures, soft ambient LED lighting, and clean geometric forms to create spaces that feel both luxurious and inviting.

The Master Bathroom was designed as a private sanctuary with dual vanities and dramatic backlit mirrors set against contrasting grey and beige stone surfaces. The Kids' and Guest Bathrooms maintain the same premium standard while adapting scale and fixtures for their respective users. The Powder Room stands out with its distinctive wood-grain marble and elegant floating vanity, while the Kitchen brings a completely different energy with its open-plan island design and panoramic pool views.

The Master Bathroom is the centrepiece of the renovation, designed as a spa-like retreat with expansive proportions. A custom floating double vanity in warm beige stone anchors the space, flanked by tall backlit mirrors with matte black frames. The feature wall behind the WC area uses a striking terrazzo-style stone with LED perimeter lighting, creating a dramatic focal point. Every fixture, from the wall-mounted gold-tone taps to the sculptural decorative centrepiece, was chosen to reflect sophistication and understated opulence.

The kids' bathrooms were designed to be practical, resilient, and beautifully finished. Each bathroom features a compact single vanity with built-in storage, paired with gold-accented wall-mounted fixtures and a framed mirror. The material palette blends warm beige porcelain with textured terrazzo accent walls, creating a refined yet durable space perfectly suited for daily family use. Ribbed tile feature walls and recessed niches add architectural interest while keeping the design contemporary.

The Guest Bathroom combines elegance with functionality, featuring a single floating vanity unit with contrasting light and dark stone cladding. A tall backlit mirror with a black metal frame creates a sense of vertical space, while the dual-tone wall treatment—light beige paired with deeper grey stone—adds depth and visual interest. The clean lines and premium materials ensure the guest experience matches the luxury found throughout the rest of the villa.

The Powder Room is a true design statement, featuring a floating marble vanity shelf with a sculpted basin set against dramatic wood-grain patterned stone that flows from the floor up through the walls. Dual capsule-shaped backlit mirrors with slim black frames provide both function and artistry. Carefully selected accessories—a bonsai plant and textured ceramic vases—complete this space, transforming what is typically a utilitarian room into a gallery-worthy design moment.

The Kitchen renovation delivers a breathtaking open-plan design that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor living. A large central island with a polished black granite countertop and a striking cylindrical range hood serves as the room's commanding focal point. The light wood cabinetry and natural stone flooring create a warm, inviting atmosphere, while floor-to-ceiling glass walls open to a lush garden and swimming pool beyond. Integrated appliances, display shelving, and a dedicated dining area ensure this kitchen is as functional for daily life as it is impressive for entertaining.

This comprehensive renovation demanded an exceptional materials palette to achieve consistency across five distinct spaces. Throughout the project, premium natural stone and porcelain surfaces → were utilized—from the warm wood-grain marble in the powder room to the terrazzo feature walls in the master suite—ensuring each space has a unique character while maintaining overall harmony.

Custom-designed vanity units → were crafted for each room's specific dimensions, from the expansive double-sink master vanity to the compact yet elegant single units in the kids' and guest bathrooms. The LED backlit mirrors → are a defining feature across the villa, from the tall rectangular framed mirrors in the master bath to the distinctive capsule-shaped mirrors in the powder room, each creating a warm ambient glow that elevates the entire space. For the kitchen, polished black granite countertops paired with light timber cabinetry deliver a striking contrast that is both timeless and on-trend.
